With over two decades of experience in health, movement, and behavioural transformation, my work focuses on helping clients understand the deeper patterns driving stress, disconnection, and self-sabotage so they can build sustainable practices rooted in awareness and embodiment.

For years, I followed the same path many women do, trying to do everything “right,” showing up for everyone else, and pushing through stress and exhaustion while feeling increasingly disconnected from my own body. Like many of the women I now work with, I reached a point where willpower and quick fixes were no longer enough. I needed a deeper understanding of what was actually happening beneath the surface.

Through my own journey and more than 20 years of experience in health and wellness, I discovered that lasting change happens when we stop fighting our bodies and start learning how to work with them. My approach combines psychology informed coaching, somatic awareness, nervous system regulation, and holistic nutrition to help women move out of cycles of overwhelm, self-doubt, and starting over.
