I support women in reconnecting with their bodies, regulating their nervous systems, and creating lasting change through an integrative approach that bridges psychology, somatic practice, and holistic nutrition.
With over two decades of experience in health, movement, and behavioural transformation, my work focuses on helping clients understand the deeper patterns driving stress, disconnection, and self-sabotage so they can build sustainable practices rooted in awareness and embodiment.
My approach combines science-informed strategy with compassionate guidance, offering practical tools that support nervous system regulation, emotional resilience, and intuitive decision-making.

Many women begin to notice subtle shifts during this time — low energy, dry skin, heavier moods, brain fog, or a quiet sense of stagnation.
This phase of winter asks for something specific: nourishment and circulation. Your body has been conserving for months. Sunlight exposure has been limited. Indoor heating has pulled moisture from your skin and airways. Movement patterns may have shifted. Vitamin D stores are often depleted across northern climates.
