Warrior Goddess Bootcamp
In this class we start with some invigorating yoga to warm up and get mobile, then we will bust out the weights for a full body circuit and finally finish off with some gentle yoga to stretch out and wind down. You will leave feeling amazing…guaranteed!

2025 New Year Retreat
Join me in the yurt on Saturday, January 4th to welcome in the New Year. During this day retreat will will spend time in community and on our solo journey of reflection and intention setting. We will share in a yoga, meditation and breathwork practice and create a vision board for this next turn of the wheel.
ALSO, as a special treat I have invited the very talented Marta K.F to do 45 minute tarot reading for you all. Marta is amazing and will totally blow your mind! I hope that you will join us.

Full Moon Sacred Circle
Join us for the Full Moon in Sacred Circle on Sunday, December 15th from 7-9:30pm to honour and celebrate the beautiful soul that you are and the journey that you are moving through at this time. We will meet on the full moon and share in meditation & breath work, reflection, journalling and sharing, and complete the evening by moving your beautiful body in dance. I sincerely hope that you will join us! Herbal tea will be served.
