My name is Kristy Whyte and I am a Registered Holistic Nutrition & Wellness Coach with formal training in Somatic & Embodiment Practices, Nervous System Regulation, and Behavioural Change.
My mission is to empower women to undo the damage caused by dieting culture and create a healthy relationship with food and their bodies. I am dedicated to providing education, personalized coaching, and community support to help women achieve a balanced and sustainable lifestyle.
I work with clients who are interested in making real, sustainable changes to their health and wellbeing by mapping out powerful and effective action steps that move you toward your goals while identifying and removing the blocks that are holding you back. My goal is to empower you with the tools, knowledge and strength needed to make practical and lasting changes toward a healthier lifestyle. With a focus on building a healthy and resilient gut microbiome, supporting the nervous system, hormonal balance, and reducing inflammation in the body through the use of whole foods, healing plants and quality supplements. We will explore where there is room for improvement in your diet and work to create a realistic and sustainable plan to affect change.
