The 21 Day Fall Reset:
The 21 Day Fall Reset is a fantastic way to clean up and shape up your diet and your life for the upcoming seasonal shift.
We will be removing a few items from the diet that usually create some issues ie. sugar, gluten, dairy and adding in some superstars to clean house, replenish our digestive systems and reinvigorate our energy levels.
Each week we will have a 1 hour Zoom call to discuss our progress and any questions or concerns that we are dealing with. These meetings are invaluable as they provide support from your peers who are in the trenches with you and they allow for an opportunity to bounce ideas and gain knowledge from one another and of course from myself.
