This group healing session is designed to provide an opportunity to learn somatic practices, strengthen your meditation muscles, regulate your nervous system, work with your breathe for healing and stress relief, and deeply restore your physical body while in restorative yoga positions.
You do not need to have any previous experience to participate in this session. The yoga postures are all passive in nature and very restorative.
