As a Holistic Nutritionist, Somatic and Embodiment Practitioner, and the creatrix of Sacred Circles, with over 25 years of experience guiding women through powerful rites of passage, I have formal training in hormonal health, nervous system regulation, trauma-informed coaching, and integrative wellness. I aim to bring a grounded, intuitive, and deeply compassionate presence to my work.
