Intuitive Eating creates compassionate awareness around the habits and behaviours that you currently hold and strengthens your understanding and relationship to food and eating. It allows you to become more at ease with your experiences, physical cues, and feelings around food and teaches the positive and nurturing aspects of eating while respecting your own inner wisdom.
Intuitive eating allows you to replace automatic thoughts and reactions about food and eating with more conscious choices. It allows you to reconnect with eating in an instinctive and supportive way and move away from any negative associations and restrictive patterns around eating. Intuitive eating reconnects you with the innate wisdom within and brings you back to the pure essence and pleasure of food and eating. Developing your intuitive awareness around food and eating will encourage better choices and a healthier relationship to your SELF.
Learning and practicing the principles of intuitive eating will help to create a healthy relationship with your mind, body, and soul. It involves listening to the information that your inner guidance system is providing you and using that information to guide your choices. It also involves the practice of self-love and self-compassion.
In this 5 hour workshop you will discover the main ideas and concepts of intuitive eating and will have the opportunity to begin the process of identifying and working thorough some of your own blocks and barriers around food and eating using a variety of tools including meditation, breath work, mindfulness, shadow work, journalling and education.
