The Deep Chill Day Retreat

The Deep Chill Day Retreat is a full-day wellness experience designed to help you reconnect with yourself and restore balance. Join me at the yurt on Sunday, March 1st, for a transformative day that blends mindfulness, movement, and healing practices.

The retreat will begin with a sacred circle to ground and center our energy, followed by a revitalizing yoga and breathwork session. After a nourishing lunch and chill time, we’ll take a silent walk through the peaceful Cumberland Forest, allowing the quiet beauty of nature to calm the mind. In the afternoon, we’ll explore the vital connection between stress, your nervous system, and somatic healing through a workshop and open discussion. The day will close with a calming yin yoga and meditation practice, leaving you feeling relaxed, restored, and centered.

The Deep Chill Schedule:

9-10:30am Arrival & Sacred Circle

10:30 - 11:30am Yoga & Breathwork

11:30 - 12:30pm Lunch & Chill

12:30 - 1:30pm Silent Walk in Cumberland Forest

1:30-3pm Workshop & Open Discussion (Stress, Your Nervous System & Somatic Healing)

3-4pm Yin Yoga & Meditation
