Intuitive Eating Workshop

In this workshop you will discover the main ideas and concepts of intuitive eating and will have the opportunity to begin the process of identifying and working thorough some of your own blocks and barriers around food and eating using a variety of tools including meditation, breath work, mindfulness, shadow work, journalling and education.
What is Intuitive Eating?
Intuitive Eating creates compassionate awareness around the habits and behaviours that you currently hold and strengthens your understanding and relationship to food and eating. You will learn how to replace automatic thoughts and patterns with conscious choices that nourish you and your body.
Intuitive Eating Involves:
*Noticing the effect that food has on you emotionally and physically.
*Listening to your body’s cues and signals.
*Mindfulness around your choices of what, when and how you eat.
*Understanding and appreciating the food you choose to eat.
*Connecting food with enjoyment and positive feelings.
*Letting go of feelings of guilt and shame around food and eating.
*Eating to maintain long term health and wellbeing.
