This group healing session is designed to provide an opportunity to learn new meditation skills, strengthen your meditation muscles, work with your breathe for healing and stress relief, and deeply restore your physical body while in restorative yoga positions.
You do not need to have any previous meditation or yoga experience to participate in this class. The yoga postures are all passive in nature and very restorative.
Each class will explore a different spiritual theme or concept and will have plenty of time for self-reflection and contemplation.
