Using food and eating as a transformative lens, I help uncover and address the deeper behaviors and beliefs that prevent women from stepping fully into alignment and embracing who they are meant to be.
With over 25 years of experience in holistic wellness, my approach is rooted in deep healing—physically, emotionally, and spiritually. I integrate somatic trauma healing, nervous system regulation, holistic nutrition, kinesiology, life coaching, energy healing, yoga, breathwork, and meditation to offer a truly personalized and embodied experience. My mission is to undo the damage caused by dieting culture, helping women foster a healthy relationship with food and their bodies while reclaiming their intuition and living authentically.
Together, we will identify and overcome obstacles, create clear action steps, and transform your health through a personalized, holistic approach that nourishes the gut, balances hormones, supports the nervous system, and heals from within.
