My name is Kristy Whyte, and I am the Creatrix of Sacred Circles, a Registered Holistic Nutrition & Wellness Coach, healer, teacher, and embodiment practitioner. With over 25 years of experience, I guide women in breaking free from self-sabotaging behaviors and patterns, empowering them to create meaningful, sustainable change and align with their highest potential.

Using food and eating as a transformative lens, my approach helps women uncover and address behaviours preventing them from fully stepping into alignment and embracing the woman they are meant to be. My mission is to undo the damage caused by dieting culture, fostering a healthy relationship with food and the body while empowering women to reclaim their intuition and live authentically.

I integrate a wide range of modalities, including somatic trauma healing, nervous system regulation, holistic nutrition, kinesiology, life coaching, energy healing, yoga, breathwork, and meditation. Through personalized coaching, group sessions, workshops, and retreats—offered both in-person and virtually—I provide the tools, education, and support needed to achieve balance in mind, body, and spirit.

I work with women who are ready to make real, lasting changes to their health and well-being. Together, we will identify and overcome obstacles, create clear action steps, and move towards your goals. I help you transform your health through a personalized, holistic approach that nourishes the gut, balances hormones, and supports nervous system regulation.
