Kristy has been educating, motivating, and helping others achieve their wellness goals as a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Life Coach, Personal Trainer, and Group Fitness Instructor since 2001. Her goal is to empower clients with the knowledge and strength needed to make practical, lasting changes towards a healthier lifestyle. Her holistic approach to wellness offers a unique perspective toward reaching your goals. She works closely with clients to examine all areas of their lives and helps them identify and making changes that help to bring the mind, body, and spirit back to a state of balance.

My name is Kristy Whyte and I am a Registered Holistic Nutrition & Wellness Coach with formal training in Somatic & Embodiment Practices, Nervous System Regulation, and Behavioural Change.
My mission is to empower women to undo the damage caused by dieting culture and create a healthy relationship with food and their bodies. I am dedicated to providing education, personalized coaching, and community support to help women achieve a balanced and sustainable lifestyle.
I work with clients who are interested in making real, sustainable changes to their health and wellbeing by mapping out powerful and effective action steps that move you toward your goals while identifying and removing the blocks that are holding you back. My goal is to empower you with the tools, knowledge and strength needed to make practical and lasting changes toward a healthier lifestyle. With a focus on building a healthy and resilient gut microbiome, supporting the nervous system, hormonal balance, and reducing inflammation in the body through the use of whole foods, healing plants and quality supplements. We will explore where there is room for improvement in your diet and work to create a realistic and sustainable plan to affect change.

NOURISH: Creating a Healthy Relationship with Yourself & Food
The Nourish Program focuses on the practice of creating a healthy relationship with your mind, body, and soul through compassionate awareness around your habits and behaviours. You learn to replace automatic thoughts and reactions with more conscious choices, allowing you to reconnect with eating in an instinctive and supportive way. You will become more at ease with your experiences, physical cues and feelings around food while developing and nurturing your own inner guidance system and practicing mindfulness around eating. The Nourish Program reconnects you with the innate wisdom within and brings you back to the pure essence and pleasure of food.

Why the NOURISH Process Works:

What You Will Receive with The NOURISH Coaching Program:
1 x 1 Hour Initial Consultation: The initial assessment provides an opportunity to learn about your nutritional goals and struggles, discuss any relevant health matters and to identify opportunities for change. My goal is to view your unique situation from a different perspective and identify obstacles that may be preventing you from reaching your goals. With this information, I will create an individualized nutrition and wellness plan. This will include your personal recommendations, additional nutrition information or protocols to support your plan, menu plan, recipes, and supplement recommendations.
6 x 1 hour coaching sessions: Each additional follow-up is an opportunity for accountability, review of success and challenges, the progression of your plan and for coaching purposes. Each week you will be asked to complete a small but meaningful task that will keep you accountable and moving toward your goals.
