We will map out your unique holistic approach to creating a healthy and aligned mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual body by addressing all of the elements that will affect your health and wellbeing including nutrition, old patterns and behaviours, mindset, routines and schedules, boundaries, communication, nervous system regulation, embodiment practices, and your physical health and fitness.

During the initial consultation we will gather information and review your goals. You will receive a personalized plan outlining any recommendations and protocols as well as a meal plan and recipe guide. The follow-up sessions will be an opportunity for coaching, addressing patterns and behaviours, shadow work, nervous system regulation, accountability, adjustments to your plan and building your resiliency tool box.

What You Will Receive During The Coaching Process:

1 x 1 Hour Initial Consultation to gather information and gain a clear understanding of where we need to focus our energy. We will explore your current health goals and struggles and identify any changes to your current diet and supplement regime that need to be made to support your health and wellbeing.

Delivery of your Holistic Nutrition & Wellness Plan including your personalized recommendations, protocols, meal plan and recipe guide.

6 x 1 hour coaching sessions to dive into the process of creating a healthy relationship with yourself and food. Each week you will be asked to complete a small but meaningful task that will keep you accountable and moving toward your goals.
