More and more young women are being drawn toward the world of crystals, meditation, yoga, and all things spiritual. Many of them see beautiful images on social media and long to understand and incorporate these things into their lives.

This workshop is for your young teens who are beginning to explore this world and would like to learn more about meditation, yoga, crystals, oracle cards, chakras, energy work, intuition, spirituality and all things mystical and magical. We will create a safe environment where they can ask questions and really dive into why these tools are important and how they can help in their personal growth and development.

Each participant will leave with a gift bag including an introductory set of crystals for each of the chakras, a clear crystal quartz and a palo Santo smudging stick.
