It is no secret that yoga & meditation have incredible health benefits. There are multiple studies that show the direct correlation between yoga & meditation and a reduction or management of stress, anxiety, and inflammation among other chronic and debilitating conditions. Yet very few people actually make yoga and meditation a regular part of their life. With so many misconceptions and misled information around what it means to ‘do’ yoga or what meditation actually looks like, it is no wonder that most people believe that it is not accessible for them.
In this 10 week program you will get an opportunity to learn that yoga and meditation is truly for EVERY BODY! You will learn what it means to PRACTICE meditation and how to make it accessible in every aspect of your life. You will also be introduced to some basic yoga postures and poses that will improve the mobility of your body and build your confidence.
This program is designed for anyone who would like to explore yoga, meditation & breathwork in a safe and non-judgmental environment.
